Blackpool is the fun capital of the North with it's vast array of Pubs and Nightclubs. Whether you come to Blackpool for a night out with dancing and drinking, to take in a show or to enjoy a night out with the family, there is something for everyone in Blackpool once the sun goes down. There are some fantastic pubs and clubs offering music for music for most tastes including dance, RnB,house and garage.
There is so many clubs,shows and pubs to suit everybody it's dificult to decide where to go so we've put together a selection that may help you decide where to visit.

Pubs and Bars

	Cahoots-Famous for its party atmosphere, good times and, of course, the infamous glass dance floor. With a giant wide screen television that shows all the sports. At night it turns into a first class club scene, with a DJ and late bar

	Yates's-Has two separate locations in Blackpool. The first is situated in Talbot Square and the other in South Shore. Yates is the famous meeting place in Blackpool, with good music and reasonable drinks prices.

	NTK -Blackpool's popular and exciting NTK has two floors which operate separate clubs with different music offers. The upstairs area will soon be extended with a VIP bar and chill out area for private parties and special events.

Rumours The Venue	Rumours-Located on Talbot Square. Rumours pub has been totally refurbished this year, the transformation is amazing. With a lively atmosphere and excellent music it's a great night out. Rumours can get very busy especially in the season

	Brannigans- A well established nightspot with Great DJ's, great live Bands and a superb atmosphere. Can get very busy, so getting in early is advisable it's very popular with groups and parties.

Awaiting Picture	Sunday's-There is music from all decades, as well as great drinks promotions. Learn how to disco with the best and dance the night away.

	FY1-Situated on Queens Street, a two-floor bar with a fun and lively atmosphere, popular with the locals and holidays makers alike.

	Walkabout-A great night out with excellent music. You're sure to have an amazing night out, located on Queens Street. It gets very busy during the season and at weekends

	Schofield's-Is one of the most stylish bars in Blackpool over 21's only. Schofields has some of the best DJs playing the best tunes such as RnB, and all the old favourites. With a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere you are guaranteed a fabulous night out. Upstairs there is an exclusive VIP area, which can be hired for private party events. Can get very busy, so getting in early is advisable.

	Tapas bar-Located On Queens Street, Tapas Bar has marvellous food and great music in a lively atmosphere also regular karaoke nights .

Bar Red	Bar Red- Stylish Bar Red has two rooms, a cocktail lounge where you can relax and chat to your friends and the main bar area where you can dance the night away! Bar Red have a fun but sophisticated atmosphere with contemporary artwork courtesy of Lauren Helena Art.

	Litten Tree- Located on Queens Street. The Litten Tree is a modern bar close to Blackpool's Promenade and caters for the needs a wide range of customers. It features a quieter area with comfortable seating and a designated non-smoking area. In the evenings it caters for more lively customers with a dance floor and DJ booth at the rear

	Soul Suite- Located on Queen Street. One of Blackpool newest venues, Superb Soul Suite has a very lively atmosphere. Can get extremely busy.

Whittle Springs	Whittle Springs- Mainly a local's pub. Whittle Springs has a small dance floor and fun and lively atmosphere.

	The Station- A lively and exciting pub, with large television screens that shows sports, excellent music at night. Located on Talbot Road.

Counting House	Counting House- lively atmosphere comes alive in the evenings and especially at the weekend. You can be entertained three nights a week by some really good DJs who play the best music around! Sports enthusiasts are also catered for with major events being shown on the two big screens. Whether you are looking to have a relaxing drink with friends or a night out in Blackpool, the Counting House should be your first port of call!

	Nellie Deans- Located on the Promenade. Nellie Deans regularly has cabaret and karaoke nights. A fun Party atmosphere with good music.

	DT Bar- Situated on Talbot Road. DownTown is a lively club with an amazing atmosphere with reasonable drink prices and friendly bar staff.

Clubs

	The Syndicate- Located on Church Street near the Winter Gardens. The Syndicate is the largest club in Blackpool the Syndicate is named the Super Club of England. The amazing nightclub has three floor all with different a style to suit all peoples taste. vel One : This level is for the sophisticated clubber. Reclined leather seating, beautiful décor and stylish bars this level offers a relaxed and comfortable environment. There are five stylish bars on this level as well as a new video screen system. The music on this level is a mixture of R&B, Hip Hop as well as current chart and classic favourites, provided by top class local Blackpool DJ's~ Level Two : This called The Dance Arena, and it's easy to see why. A 40ft revolving dance floor shaped as a 12-inch vinyl record, stunning lights and lasers and a huge DJ Box. There is a huge video wall and an amazing sound system. Combine all these and you've got the recipe for a great night out. Level Three: Being the destination for RnB and Hip Hop crowd this level offers a more intimate and stylish area for dancing and socialising. Loungy furniture, cool funky lights and large dedicated bar offer an area away from the other two large rooms whist still part of the intensity of the Super Club. The syndicate is a must for anyone visiting Blackpool it's also very popular with the locals.

	Sanuk located on the sea front of Blackpool is the ultimate 5 scene night club venue. With all ranges of music 60's/70's/80's/, modern charts, RnB and much more! There are 5 rooms in total- Main arena: Includes a stylish fibre optic chandelier and a minimal look, enhanced by an amazing sound system and state of the art lighting and it has two bars. An unforgettable clubbing experience. Bar Buddha: specialising in great entertainment with some of the best DJs in Blackpool. The Smirnoff bar : The music played is RnB and Hip Hop, this is a great place to relax and chat to your mates. The Gallery : Overlooking Bar Buddha, this stylish and sophisticated bar is a must if you are visiting Sanuk. The Studio: Complete with a flashing dance floor with an incredible atmosphere. There is something to suit everyone at Sanuk.

Insomnia	Insomnia Situated on Topping Street, Insomnia is a small but brilliant nightclub. For serious clubbers the DJs play hard trance and hard house. With a great atmosphere and friendly bar staff your guaranteed a great night.

	The Tache- Situated on Cookson Street, The Tache has a variety of events and live bands regularly playing at the venue. The Tashe is certainly the most unpretentious and one of the safest late night venues on the Fylde coast. To its regulars it a second home and that includes young Moshers, students, rock fans, bikers and those who lived and breathed punk or heavy metal their whole lives. Two bars, one room, one dance floor, Rock music, Friendly people, an awesome night out!

	KLUB DNA- is located On Central Promenade. With Dance, charts and the best party hits Klub DNA is guaranteed to get your pulse racing. Also featuring some of the best DJs and MCs in the North West.

	Hush -Located next to Rumours on Talbot Square. Hush a super cool nightspot with popular DJs and an exciting atmosphere. Great night out!

	Flares Nightclub is over two levels with a huge staircase separating the levels so you can descend with style. The music is purely disco and all the staff are dressed in the seventies theme. You can go dressed up in the theme or even buy accessories at the bar to join in. There are televisions situated throughout the club showing all the classic seventies movies such as Grease and Saturday Night.

Show Bars

	The Merrie England Bar- Is the heart of Blackpools evening entertainment , situated on The North Pier. The Merrie England Bar is fantastic for people who enjoy adult humour; it's a brilliant night out with the outrageous Joey Blower. Joeys' hilarious antics include telephone wind-ups, text the DJ, take your pick and Joey Blowers Pub Stars Karaoke Competition and the music and DJ continue as late as 2am. With reasonable drink prices it's an unforgettable night out.

	Funny Girls - Is a show unlike anything else you will ever see, staring miss Betty legs Diamond it is a transvestite cabaret show bar and well worth a visit. Energetic dance routines and beautiful costumes, combined with great music, it is fun and cheeky. There is a DJ between sets, who plays requests and announcements, so if you are celebrating anything get them to give you a mention. The sheer size of this venue is impressive, as is the fantastic décor.

	Alabama Show- Situated within the Liberty's Hotel. The Multi Award winning Alabama Show is the number one Cabaret Venue. The Alabama Show fantastically entertains tens of thousands of people each year with a 'west entertainment scene'. An unforgettable fast moving Dynamic Show at the heart of Blackpool.

	Roxys Bar - situated On Queens Street. Roxys is an incredible transvestite cabaret show featuring the fantastic Roxy Heart. Cabaret is provided on a regular basis films such as Chicago and Tina turner often appear, excellent atmosphere and lots of fun!

Gay Friendly Bars


	Pepe's Bar - Situated on Talbot Road. Pepe's is a friendly fun filled bar with plenty of activities going on or a place for a relaxing drink.

	Lucys Two Bar - Situated on Abingdon Street Lucys Two is the bar with a difference. A friendly Bar Playing lot's of fabulous Music all night long, requests always very welcome. The bar staff are very welcoming a great atmosphere, a fun night out!

	The Flamingo Club - Situated on Queens Street, Flamingos is a huge club on five floors and comes equipped with its own restaurant . Flamingo's has a brilliant atmosphere with a large Varity of music played such as 80s, 90s, classic Pop, modern dance and all the latest music. A fabulous evening out for everyone!

	Mardi Gras club - Situated on Talbot Road. The Mardi Gras has a fun filled atmosphere with loads of entertainment such as drag, pop cabaret and talent shows. A hilarious night out you don't want to miss!

	Bar B -Situated above Funny Girls- Offers all types of music throughout the week also featuring cabaret performances. Fabulous evening fun.
