The Belgrave 21 is small, friendly family run Guest House, offering comfortable, attractive accommodation in a happy, relaxed atmosphere. All of our well appointed, bedrooms are en-suite, each guest room is provided with freshly laundered towels, complimentary morning tray and remote controlled TV. Hair dryer's and Ironing boards are available. The airy wood panelled dining room is the perfect place to enjoy our excellent home cooked meals, all of which are prepared from locally sourced fresh produce where possible.
We have a a small car park with limited spaces, alternative on street parking is available.
We are in an enviable location just off the Promenade close to The Manchester Pub and Central Pier with its spectacular attractions
There is a tram stop at the top of the avenue, it is then just a short tram ride to North Pier, the Tower, town centre, in the opposite direction is the Pleasure Beach and all South shore's popular attractions. All other attractions synonymous with Blackpool are close by.
The shopping centres of Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Lytham and St Annes
are all within easy travelling distance.

Bedrooms
Wake up in a spacious, bright, cosy co-ordinated en-suite bedroom. All are equipped with colour televisions, tea and coffee morning tray and central heating (when the weather requires it).
All rooms are now non-smoking to comply with current legislation.
We are happy to let all of our bedrooms as doubles (no supplement) and all of our double rooms as singles. (Single rooms supplement applied on Bank Holidays only).
